Refund policy

To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, Averdot  provides the following return and exchange policy, applicable to all our crystal products:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:

Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange:

  • The product is visibly defective or damaged (not caused by improper personal use or storage).
  • The product received differs from the order (e.g., incorrect style, size, or category).

Non-Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange:

  • Personal preference (e.g., color difference, size deviation within ±0.5mm is considered normal).
  • Natural characteristics of crystals such as inclusions, cotton-like textures, mineral traces, or ice cracks.
  • Products that have been clearly worn or damaged by human causes.

2. Return & Exchange Procedure

Once the request is approved, please return the product in its original packaging, and the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. Upon successful inspection, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Actual refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment platform.

4. Special Notice

Averdot Limited ensures strict quality control for each crystal product; however, due to the natural characteristics of crystals, each piece may contain unique patterns, inclusions, or slight color variations, which are not considered defects.

Customized items, limited edition products, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
