The Energy and Five elements mentioned in the product are for reference in traditional culture, not for medical purposes, and do not have therapeutic effects. Please refer to it rationally.

3. Product Information
Our products are made from natural crystals. Each item is unique in its color, texture, inclusions, and patterns. These variations are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your monitor will accurately display them.
All sizes are measured manually, so slight deviations may occur.
The pictures are for reference only. All crystals are natural. It is impossible for every crystal to be exactly the same.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We accept bank transfer and major payment gateways.
Prices are listed in USD, and you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or fees imposed by your local authority or payment provider.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally. Standard shipping time is from 10 to 18 business days after order confirmation, subject to logistics and customs processing. Shipping fees are borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, natural disasters, or courier issues.
6. Returns & Exchanges

Customized, discounted, or limited-edition items are non-returnable.
